Arriving via the "A22" Brennero motorway, Exit "Bolzano Sud" (South), and follow the appropriate indication.
The exit of the motorway is located only 3 km from the Air Terminal.

| TRAVEL ADVISE |
CHECK-IN AND BOARDING
Passengers travelling to domestic destinations should have completed the Check-In at least 20 minutes prior to the
scheduled departure time; for international destinations whereas at least 25 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
To avoid any delay due to check-in area congestion, we kindly invite passengers to arrive at the airport one hour prior to
the scheduled departure time.
Once check-in has been completed, passengers are kindly requested to enter the departure area at least 10 minutes before
boarding time, keeping boarding pass and document on hand.
The boarding card is handed over at the check-in counter and is required for boarding.
Besides passenger name and surname it reports boarding time and gate number. At the gate the airport staff will collect all
boarding cards, leaving each passenger a receipt, which indicates the seat number assigned on board the aircraft if seat
reservation is provided by the airline.
DOCUMENTS
Personal identification document is required (identity card or Passport).
We suggest to check the date of expiry.
LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS
Hand luggage Passengers are allowed one piece of hand luggage up to 8kg. It should not exceed the following measures:
Length: 55 cm / Height: 25 cm / Width: 35 cm
Checked luggage
Passengers on domestic flights are allowed to check in two pieces of luggage.
On international flights, weight allowance depends as on the destination as on the type of ticket purchased.
Generally, up to 20kg are allowed travelling in economy class and up to 30kg in business class.
For certain destinations e.g. USA, Canada, Brazil and Venezuela, restrictions will apply accordingly the piece concept.
At the check-in, every pieces of luggage will be provided with a tag indicating your full name and the itinerary with the
corresponding flight numbers and dates. A luggage receipt will be attached to your ticket ot facilitate luggage identification.
